直接进给轴的伺服动刚度特性可影响到工件加工精度和表面质量,研究给出应用脉冲激振法测试直接进给轴伺服动刚度的方法和原理,建立了直接进给轴动刚度的计算模型,分析了伺服动刚度的影响因素,给出动刚度测试系统的构建方案.为了探索这些因素对伺服动刚度的影响规律,在自构建的直接进给轴试验台上进行了测试试验,结果表明在保证闭环系统稳定的条件下,增大速度环增益与位置环增益、减小速度环积分时间常数均有利于伺服动刚度的提高.
Servo dynamic stiffness of direct feed system is the main influence on machining precision and surface quality of work - piece. Pulse excitation method and principle for testing servo dynamic stiffness of direct drive feed system are given. Mathematical model of servo dynamic stiffness of direct feed system is built, and influence factors on servo dynamic stiffness are analyzed. Construction scheme of servo dynamic stiff- ness testing system is provided. And then several related experiments based on self - constructing plat- form are conducted to research the servo dynamic stiffness behaviors with different servo parameters. The experiment result indicates that within the stable servo system, increasing velocity loop gain and position loop gain, decreasing velocity integration time coefficient benefit the improvement of servo dynamic stiff- ness of direct feed system.
