肝纤维化是机体对各种慢性肝损伤的自我修复反应,肝组织内细胞外基质(ECM)成分过度增生与异常沉积,导致肝脏结构及功能异常,也是各种慢性肝病的病理学基础。成功复制与各种原因引起的人类肝纤维化相似的动物模型是研究肝纤维化发病机制及防治肝纤维化实验研究的前提。文章就目前常用的几种肝纤维化动物模型的建立方法、用途及每种模型的优缺点进行综述。
Hepatic fibrosis,a self-repairing process against various kinds of chronic hepatic injuries in which hyperplasia and abnormal deposition of the extracellular matrix in liver tissues cause abnormal liver structures and functions,is also the pathological basis of various kinds of chronic hepatic injuries. The establishment of animal models akin to human hepatic fibrosis caused by various reasons is a prerequisite of conducting research into the pathogenesis of hepatic fibrosis as well as the experimental study of the prevention and treatment of hepatic fibrosis. This paper thus gives a review of the establishment methods,application of commonly-used animal models of hepatic fibrosis and their merits and faults.
