在文献回顾基础上,从适配视角出发,通过多案例研究和跨案例分析,对第三方物流企业管理创新的适配过程企业家主导作用机制进行研究。首先,构建了"感知—评估—决策—实施—惯例化"(P-E-D-I-R)适配过程模型。其次,在对适配过程模型识别的基础上,通过对中远和辽宁A物流公司进行多案例分析,研究并验证第三方物流获得适配的过程,阐释企业家主导作用机理。通过多案例研究和跨案例分析表明:企业家在五个阶段适配过程中均发挥了关键的、主导性的决定作用,且企业家的主导作用贯穿于全部适配过程的每个阶段,将各个分立的阶段连接起来形成完整的管理创新适配过程并在每个适配阶段将企业内部资源与外部环境进行适配,调动企业内部资源以适配企业外部环境。
Based on literature review,this paper studies third party logistics enterprise management innovation fit process entrepreneur leading role mechanism from the fit angle,through multi-case study and cross case analysis.First,the ″Perception-Evaluation-Decision-Implementation-Routinization″ (P-E-D-I-R) five-stage fit process model was constructed which takes entrepreneur as the core.Next,fit path recognition was studied and confirmed through multi-case's analysis of COSCO Company and a logistics company of Liaoning Province.And then interpreted enterprise fit process based on leading role mechanism.Through the multicase study,the results of cross case analysis indicates:The entrepreneur has played the key leading decision role in five stage fit processes,and entrepreneur's leading role penetration in fit process's each stage,connects completely each separation stage forms the complete management innovation fit process and carries on each fit stage fitting enterprise interior resources with external environment,reassign enterprise interior resources to fit external environment.
