This paper use man-machine combination process analysis and hands job analysis to improve the optimization of D company relevant work,and use 5W1 H question techniques and principles of ECRS to restructure process and layout optimization of production line,at the same time,import the movement of the single piece flow way to reduce the wip which increase the turnover of funds.All these methods significantly improve the production capacity,production efficiency and balance rate.
