应用表面机械研磨处理(SMAT)工艺在Fe-30wt%Ni合金上制备出纳米晶表层,同时伴随形成了应变诱发马氏体。通过对表层形貌和成分的表征,发现在SMAT过程中钢球的Fe、Cr元素扩散入Fe-30wt%Ni合金样品的表层,从而导致了表层成分的变化。这种成分的差异使纳米晶Fe-30wt%Ni合金的磁性能不同于原始合金,如室温饱和磁化强度(Ms)降低和居里温度(Tc)升高。

英文摘要:

A nanocrystalline surface layer is produced in Fe-30 wt% Ni alloy by surface mechanical attrition treatment(SMAT) and straininduced nanocrystalline martensite is obtained in the surface layer.The characterization of microstructure and composition indicates that alloying elements of Fe,Cr diffuse from steel balls into the surface layer during SMAT.The diffusion phenomenon leads to the composition deviation in surface layer from its original one,which results in the different magnetic property of Fe-30 wt% Ni alloy,such as low value for saturation magnetization(Ms) at room temperature and high value for Curie temperature(Tc).
