为了提高聚酰亚胺力学性能,将改性的氨基化石墨烯作为共聚单体和4,4-二胺基二苯醚、均苯四甲酸二酐单体在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)中通过原位聚合得到聚酰胺酸溶液,并流延成膜,经热亚胺化得到一系列氨基化石墨烯(NH2-rGO)含量不同的氨基化石墨烯/聚酰亚胺(NH2-rGO/PI)复合材料.通过表征和性能测试,发现在10~1000kHz内,随着氨基化石墨烯含量的增加,材料介电常数呈现先减小后增大的趋势.当氨基化石墨烯含量为2%时,复合材料拉伸强度增加到33.57MPa,断裂伸长率增加到33.05%.
The polyamic acid solution was obtained by in- situ polymerization with modified aminoglossumene as comonomer, coupled with 4,4 - diaminodiphenyl ether and pyromellitie dianhydride onomer in N, N - dimetheylethyl. Then the film was cast on the glass sheet and subjected to thermal imidization to obtain a series of aminated graphene/polyimide composites containing different amount am- inated graphene. Through characterization and testing,it was found that the dielectric constant of the material decreased firstly and then increased with increasing the modified graphene content in the range of 10 kHz - 1 000 kHz. When the content of aminosilite was 2 wt% ,the tensile strength of the composites increased to 33.57 MPa and the elongation at break increased to 33.05%.
