三线扭摆法刚体动力学参数测试方法是目前测试刚体动力学参数最为精确的方法之一,其扭摆振动周期是关系到测试精度的重要参数。针对三线扭摆振动不可避免地存在扭摆幅值时大时小的混合摆现象,提出了扭摆振动周期的双激光管与双光电传感器的计数计时测试方案,并开发了相应的测试仪。该周期测试仪设置有报警防错模块、完成提示模块、数据同步模块,可以有效杜绝漏计方波导致周期计数错误的现象,确保周期测量准确,并减轻劳动强度,减少误操作。
Trifilar-torsional-pendulum (TIP) is one of the most accurate methods to measure the mass moment of inertia for rigid body, in which the torsional period is an important parameter for measuring accuracy. For TIP mixed with lateral vibration, which circumferential amplitude varies sometimes big, sometimes small, a new measurement program using double laser tubes and double photoelectric sensors to measure the cycles and periods has been presented, and the corresponding instrument has also been developed. This instrument has three modules such as mistake-proofing warning module, completed measurement prompt module, and measured data synchronization module, to avoid square wave counting loss to guarantee the measured period accuracy, and to reduce work intensity and prevent from incorrect manipulation.
