用均苯四甲酸二酐对甘蔗渣进行改性,并制成吸附固定床,探讨其对镉离子的动态吸附行为.采用蠕动泵逆流吸附的方式,首先对改性前后吸附效果进行考察.然后研究溶液初始浓度、填充粒径、流速、铜离子等对改性甘蔗渣吸附镉离子的影响及固定床的重复使用情况.结果表明在流速为6.25 mL/min、质量浓度为100 mg/L的条件下,0.075~0.15 mm的甘蔗渣对镉离子的饱和吸附容量为53.2 mg/g,改性甘蔗渣饱和吸附容量为121 mg/g,改性甘蔗渣对镉离子的吸附效果明显增强.吸附剂粒径、溶液初始浓度、流速等对吸附影响较小(饱和吸附容量为103.2~124mg/g),固定床可在较宽的实验条件下重复利用.改性甘蔗渣对铜离子的吸附亲和力显著高于镉离子,控制操作时间可实现镉离子、铜离子的选择性分离.
The pyromellitic dianhydride modified bagasse were successfully used as adsorbents for cadmium ions removal in a fixed bed to investigate the dynamic adsorption behavior.The adsorption capacity of unmodified and modified bagasse was investigated via the peristaltic pump reflux adsorption method.The effect of the initial concentration,filler particle size,flow rate and copper ions on the adsorption of cadmium ions was also investigated.Furthermore,the reuse ability of the fixed bed was studied.Results show that the adsorption capacity of cadmium ions on unmodified bagasse is 53.2 mg/ g at the flow rate of 6.25 mL/min and the concentration of 100 mg/L,while that is 121 mg/g on modified bagasse,which demonstrates the preferable cadmium ions removal ability of unmodified bagasse.Particle size,initial mental concentration and flow rates have little effects on the adsorption of cadmium ions,and the fixed bed can be used repeatedly under wide experimental conditions.The modified bagasse has higher affinity toward copper ions than cadmium ions,which can realize selectively separation of the cadmium/copper ions binary system by controlling the operation time.
