英文摘要：

The transform of treatment model of cleft lip and palate from operation alone to team approach, which has restored cleft lip and palate patients to persons of completeness and society by overcoming the point of view of technicality, stresses the importance of social and psychological factors on the etiology and treatment of disease. The bio--psycho--so- cial medical model has showed great advantage on treatment of physical and mental illness. The integrity of departments is the material basis of successful treatment of cleft lip and palate, but it is difficult to come true because of the original medical treatment allocation of resources. It is helpful to solve the medical integrity problem by training medical personnel with master many skills while specializing in one.
