[目的/意义]师徒企业网络是目前我国产业集群内一种重要的企业间组织关系形态。基于师徒企业网络情景,文章探讨了企业网络强度中的4个维度如何影响不同类型知识在师徒企业间的传导。[方法/过程]通过对浙江台州黄岩工艺品集群内50家具有师徒关系企业的问卷调研并利用多元线性回归等进行实证研究。[结果/结论]研究发现:师徒企业间知识传导效果存在两种机理,其一是网络强度中的互动性、亲密程度、互信程度、互惠性4个维度均直接对企业间知识传导效果存在着正相关影响;其二,与互动性和亲密程度相比,师徒企业网络强度中只有互信程度和互惠性有助于减弱知识的内嵌性和粘滞性,进而提高知识传导效果。简言之,互动性和亲密程度主要影响显性知识的传导,而互信程度和互惠性不仅影响显性知识的传导,而且也同时影响隐性知识的传导。
[ Purpose/significance ] Mentor-protege enterprises network is a crucial inter-firm relationship in China' s industrial cluster. In the context of this network, this paper discusses how network strength ( interaction, degree of intimacy, multi-trust and reciprocity) affects different types of knowledge transmission between firms. [ Method/process ] The regression analysis is conduc- ted via questionnaires answered by 50 mentor-protege relationship-based firms. [ Result/conclusion ] Two forms of inter-firm knowl- edge transmission between mentor-protege enterprises network are found: the first is direct effects of interaction, degree of intima- cy, multi-trust and reciprocity on knowledge transmission. Second is an indirect path : compared to interaction and degree of intima- cy, multi-trust and reciprocity are more likely to reduce the embeddedness and stickiness of knowledge, and further to enhance knowledge transmission. In other words, interaction and degree of intimacy mainly influence the explicit knowledge transmission, while the other two dimensions of network strength (multi-trust and reciprocity) affect both the explicit and tacit knowledge trans- mission.
