研究了NAA、IBA、GA,3种植物生长调节剂在不同浓度下对细叶云南松苗高、地径、干物质积累以及根系形态的影响。结果表明:(1)不同浓度NAA处理细叶云南松苗高增长量、茎和叶干物质重均极显著小于对照,根干物质重、根长和根表面积也小于对照,但差异不显著;而20、30mg/LNAA处理地径增长量却极显著高于对照;随着NAA浓度的增加,细叶云南松根长、根表面积、根尖数均不断减小。(2)不同浓度IBA处理均有利于细叶云南松苗高和根系的生长,35mg/LIBA处理对茎和叶干物质的积累均高于对照,但差异不显著,而对苗高增长有极显著的促进作用;45mg/LIBA处理根长和根尖数极显著高于对照,根表面积显著大于对照,根体积也大于对照但差异不显著。(3)GA,不利于细叶云南松幼苗苗高和地径的生长,而50mg/LGA,处理对细叶云南松根系的生长有一定的促进作用,但差异不显著。说明35mg/LIBA对细叶云南松苗木地上生长的效果最好,45mg/LIBA对地下部位的生长有较好的促进作用,NAA有利于地茎的增长,GA,对根系生长有一定的促进作用。在实际生产中,可以将3种生长调节剂按不同比例混合使用,有利于解决细叶云南松造林后的蹲苗问题。
The paper studied the influences of NAA, IBA and GA3 at different concentrations on seedling height, ground diameter, dry matter accumulation and root morphology of Pinus yunnanensis vat. tenuifolia. The results showed that : ( 1 ) The seedling height growth, stem and leaf dry matter of P. yunnanensis var. tenuifolia were significantly lower than those of control treatment under different concentrations of NAA, and the root dry weight, root length, root surface area were also less than those of control treatment, but the differences were not significant. The ground diameter growth was significantly higher than that of control group when the concentration were 20 mg/ L and 30 mg/L. With the increase of NAA concentration, the root length, root surface area and root number of P. yunnanensis var. tenuifolia continuously decreased. ( 2 ) IBA was beneficial to the growth of seedling height and root. Stem and leaf dry matter accumulation were higher than those of control treatment when the concentration of IBA was 35 mg/L, but the effect was not significant, and seedling height growth was improved extremely significantly; root length and root tip number were extremely significantly higher than those of control treatment, the root surface area was significantly greater than that of control treatment, although the root volume was larger than that of control treatment, but the difference was not significant when the concentration was 45 mg/L. ( 3 ) Four concentrations of GA3 were not conducive to the seedling height growth and diameter growth of P. yunnanensis var. tenuifolia, 50 mg/L GA3 had a certain role in promoting root growth, but the effect was not significant. To sum up, the promotion effect on seedling growth of P. yunnanensis var. tenuifolia was the best at 35 mg/L IBA, the growth of underground parts had a good role in promoting when the concentration was 45 mg/L, NAA was conducive to the growth of stem, GA3 promoted root growth to a certain extent. The three kinds of growth regulators can be used
