利用机械法在添加甘油作增塑剂的条件下制备角蛋白膜,研究了温度和甘油添加量对膜的机械性能的影响,研究了最佳制备条件下160℃、甘油添加量40%的角蛋白膜对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能,吸附结果符合Langmuir型和Freundlich型等温吸附模型,吸附过程为吸热过程,物理和化学吸附共同作用,以物理吸附为主,在60℃下最大去除率为99.07%,最大吸附量为75.498mg/g。
Film from feather by mechanical method was prepared, and influence of temperature and glycerol on mechanical property of film was studied. The film adsorption property for Cr ( VI ) was studied under the best preparation conditions of 160 ℃ and adding 40% glycerol, with the results fitting to Langmuir model and Freundlich model, and the process was endothermal, containing both physical and chemical absorption, with physical in dominant. In 60℃, the biggest removal rate was 99.07% and the best absorption capacity was 75.498 mg/g.
