目的采用RP—HPLC法测定打箭菊中木犀草素的含量。方法色谱柱为Kromasil RP—C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸(60:40);流速1.0ml·min^-1检测波长350nm;理论塔板数按木犀草素计应不低于1×10^4结果线性范围为0.106—1.060mg;线性回归方程为:Y=2.31×10^3X-10.82(r=0.9995);平均回收率为96.8%,RSD:2.0%。结论所建方法操作简便、稳定、专属、重复性好,可用于藏药打箭菊的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish an RP - HPLC method for determination of luteolin in Flos Pyrethri tatsienensis. METHODS A Kromasil RP - C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) column was used. A mixture of methonal - 0.2% (v/v) phosphoric acid solution was used as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 ml· min ^- 1 and the detective wavelength was 350 nm. RESULTS The peak areas and concentrations of luteolin showedagood correlation in the range of 0. 106 - 1. 060 mg with a correlation coefficient of 0. 9995. The linear equation was Y =2.31 ×10^3X - 10.82 and the average recovery was 96.8%. CONCLUSION The method has been proven to be simple, stable and repeatable, and can be applied for quality control of the Tibetan Medicine Flos Pyrethri Tatsienensis.
