长江口围填海土壤中PBDEs的浓度、组成及来源解析

选取上海市崇明岛为采样区域,研究1974—2010年5个年代的由长江泥沙冲刷淤积而成的长江口围填海土壤中PBDEs的质量比分布、组成特征,并对其进行来源解析。于2012年10月在选取的5个年代区域分别采用五点梅花网格布点法采集表层(0~15 cm)和深层(100 cm)土壤,样品经索氏提取和层析净化处理后,采用GC-MS定量定性方法检测。结果表明,12种PBDEs目标化合物全部被检出,表层和深层土壤中∑12PBDEs质量比范围分别为8.008~27.783 ng/g、7.032~12.506 ng/g,主要是低溴代PBDEs。此外,其污染水平随年代呈现不断上升的趋势。最后基于因子分析法解析其来源,围填海土壤样品中最主要的污染源是PBDE-17、47、66和28;而且结合土壤污染质量比及组分特征分析得到,表层土壤与下一年代的围填海深层土壤的污染水平和来源基本一致。

This study is engaged in an investigation of PBDEs con- centration, composition and its source on the the reclaimed land-fields at Yangtze River estuary, the Chongming Island affiliated to Shanghai Metropolis as the sampling region, where the reclamation soil is origi- nated from the Yangtze River silt and the sediment accumulated annu- ally. To reveal the PBDEs concentration distribution, composition and source apportionment, we have allocated 5 spots relying on the re- claiming temporal intervals from 1974 till today. Both the surface(0 15 cm) and the deep-level( 100 cm) soil samples collected respec- tively, in October, 2012. Having been pretreated through Soxhlet ex- traction and chromatographic purification, the samples were analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively via GC - MS, whose analytic results can be stated as follows : ( 1 ) All the samples have been found con- taining different concentrations of PBDEs, thus indicating that the pollutants concerned are widely scattering in the areas under discus- sion. (2) The concentrations of S~12PBDEs on the top-soil range from 8.008 ng/g to 27.783 ng/g with the mean value of 14.772 ng/g whereas the E12PBDEs concentrations in the deep-level of the recla- mation soil stand from 7.032 ng/g to 12.506 ng/g with mean value of 10.001 ng/g. (3) The highest concentrations of S~12PBDEs in the soil samples has been found at the sampling point of B5 (27.783 ng/g) while the lowest concentrations has been detected at Point S1 (7.032 ng/g). Therefore, it is interesting that the percentage contri- bution of the lower brominated biphenyls is greater than the higher brominated biphenyls at the top-level and the deep-level soil samples. In addition, the general situation of 12 PBDE congeners has been found in a rising trend as time goes on. And, finally, to trace the main pollution sources on the factor analysis basis, it can be conclud- ed that the main pollution sources of these reclamation soil samples are PBDE - 17, 47, 66 and 28.
