煤粉高梯度磁选是一种廉价、高效、污染少的脱硫技术,对煤磁性认识是提高磁选效率的基础,应用振动样品磁强计VSM对兖矿、洛阳两种不同密度级煤比磁化率进行测定,研究了煤磁性与煤中所含灰分的关系,研究表明:随着灰分含量的增加,煤比磁化率逐渐增大,煤由逆磁性变为顺磁性,这与煤中成灰矿物及它们的密度、比磁化率有关;煤比磁化率与煤中灰分含量满足一定的函数关系。
The high gradient magnetic separation of fine coal is an economic, high efficient and less polluted desulphurization technology. A understanding of the coal magnetism is the base to improve the magnetic separation efficiency. The vibration sample magnetic meter VSM was applied to measure the magnetized rate of the two different density coal from Yanzhou Coal Mining Group and Luoyang. The paper studied the relationship between the coal magnetism and the coal ash content. The study showed that With the ash content increased, the coal magnetized rate would be steadily increased. The converse magnetism of coal would be became the paramagnetism of coal due to the ash mineral and the density and magnetized rate of the coal. There was a certain function relationship met by the coal magnetized rate and the coal ash content.
