研究了Mn、Ce及冷却速度对Al-Mn合金显微组织的影响。结果表明,随着Mn含量增大,合金中板条状Al6Mn组织粗大化,并由平行分布变成无序分布;Ce含量为0.15%~0.45%的Al-Mn-Ce合金中Ce主要以Al3Ce形式存在;合金显微组织随着冷却速度的增大而细化。
The effects of Mn,Ce and cooling rate on the microstructure of Al-Mn alloy were analyzed.The results reveal that with the increase of Mn content,lath-shaped structure Al6Mn is changed from parallel distributions to mess coarse.With Ce from 0.15%to 0.45%in Al-Mn-Ce alloy,Ce mainly exists in form of Al_3Ce.The microstructure of the alloy is refined with the increase of cooling rate.
