以菊花为研究对象,研究了热水浸泡、过氧化氢溶液浸泡及超声波处理的脱硫效果,结果显示,3种处理方式都可以有效地降低菊花中二氧化硫残留量,超声波处理效果最佳。正交试验优选出的脱硫方法是将菊花浸泡于30℃0.05%过氧化氢溶液中,超声处理6h。
The effect of hot water, H~Oz solution, and ultrasonic wave treatment on the elimination of sulfur dioxide in chrysanthemum were investigated. The results showed that all three means could reduce the eontent of sulfur dioxide ef- fectively. The ultrasonic treatment had the best effect. Orthogonal experiment showed that the optimal selection method for reducing sulfur dioxide in chrysanthemum was to put it in 30℃ ,0.05% H2O2 solution and treat it with ultrasonic wave during 6 h.
