以强化相变力驱动环路热管内工质流动为目的,研究了以水为工质的一种平板式环路热管的蒸发段部分。实验所设计的蒸发器其加热底面与吸液芯分隔开来而形成相变空间,为了更好的观察及研究工质的相变特性,将系统设置为开式系统,并且采用可视化装置进行研究。实验以在不同加热功率和相变空间高度条件下,进行了多组实验,来分析它们对系统的性能影响。通过实验现象及实验数据的分析,得出相变空间对系统产生的影响。结果表明:相变空间的存在,有效提高了热管的换热性能。
In order to enhance the flow of working fluid in the loop heat pipe, the evaporation section of the flat loop heat pipe with phase change space was built and studied. The phase change space in the design of the evaporator was separated by the bottom surface of the wick and the heating surface. To observe and study the characteristics of the the working fluid, the open system was set, and the visualization device was used to study. Experiments were based on the different heating power and height of phase change space to analyze the their impact on the performance of the system. According to the phenomena and data from the experiments, the effect of phase change space on the system was obtained. The results show that the performance of heat pipe is improved with the phase change space in this section.
