结合有限元分析和温度场实验,给出了单轴拉伸条件下ABS板材试件的塑性区形状和形变热效应所致内热源密度函数的近似模型,并依此对ABS材料形变热效应及其温度场进行了数值模拟.计算结果表明:ABS的形变热效应所致的局部温升是明显的,且塑性区形状和内热热源密度对温度场有较大影响.
By considering the finite element analysis and temperature field experiment,the shape of plastic zone of ABS specimen and the approximately model of inner heat source density function by deformation-induced heating effect have been given under uniaxial tension condition.The numerical simulation of deformation-induced heating effect and its temperature field of ABS have been carried.The results show that the local temperature rise by deformation-induced heating effect in ABS is obvious.Moreover,the shape of plastic zone and inner heat source density function has big effect to the temperature field.
