针对甲醇氧化羰基合成碳酸二甲酯工艺,开发具有较高活性的Cu-Zn二元组分催化剂体系.采用正交设计和中心响应曲面法设计实验,并使用Statistica软件进行统计分析,得到反应的主要影响因素.优化的工艺条件为反应温度363~373 K、反应压力2.8 MPa、催化剂质量浓度(以甲醇的体积计)0.20~0.30 g/mL和反应时间4~6 h.在此工艺条件下,甲醇的转化率可达53.51%,碳酸二甲酯的选择性可达93.0%以上.
Catalysts with highly active Cu-Zn binary component salts were developed and used in the oxidative carbonylation of methanol to dimethyl carbonate(DMC).Reaction conditions of the system were investigated by orthogonal experiments and central composite design with Statistica analysis.Under optimal reaction conditions of temperature 363-373K,pressure 2.8MPa,concentration of catalyst in methanol 0.20-0.30g/mL and reaction time 4-6h,the conversion of methanol and the selectivity to DMC could reach 53.5% and 93.0%,respectively.
