针对管理案例教学中学生准备不够充分、参与不足的现象,本文提出了分时段管理案例教学法的构想。这种方法把整个教学过程分为课前准备时段,课堂理论与方法学习时段,课下消化吸收与团队学习讨论时段,课堂汇报、辩论及教师点评时段四个相互联系的时段。本文给出了管理案例教学时段划分的方法,探讨了每一时段的教学组织方式和内容。实践表明:分时段管理案例教学法可以实现学生充分参与教学,发挥主动性与积极性的教学效果。
Phase-based management case teaching method is proposed to address some problems in classroom teaching, such as students' insufficiency preparative, poor involvement, etc. The teaching method marks off the course teaching into interrelated four phases: preparing before course teaching, studying the theory and methodology in class, digesting, assimilating the theory and methodology and discussing the case within a team in free time, reporting on the case and debating within all teams in class. The method of marking off each phase and teaching organizing, content of courses in each phase are discussed. It is showed in practice that the students can be fully involved in course teaching and exert every effect into course studying by phase-based management case teaching method; the teaching pattern achieves excellent educational effect.
