采用乳液聚合的方法制备直径200nm左右的聚氰基丙烯酸酯纳米颗粒,利用透射电镜和X射线能谱仪研究聚氰基丙烯酸酯纳米颗粒自组装的影响因素。结果表明,通过控制电解质浓度,可以控制聚氰基丙烯酸酯纳米颗粒的自组装的进行,形成单层有序的排列。聚氰基丙烯酸酯纳米颗粒的自组装机理基本类似于聚合物胶体系统的成核机理。
Though the latex polymerization, the polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticles with the approximate size of 200 nm are prepared. By means of TEM and EDS, the influence factors of the polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticle on the self-assembling are studied. Results show that the PBCA nanoparticle can self-assemble under certain concentration of the electrolyte, meanwhile form the single ordered permutation. The self-assembling mechanism of the polybutylcyanoacrylate nanoparticle is similar to the nucleation mechanism of the colloid system.
