【目的】研究菊科臭灵丹的化学成分。【方法】应用各种色谱方法对臭灵丹的乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,通过化学和波谱分析鉴定其单体化合物结构。【结果】分离纯化得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为5,6-二羟基-3,7,4′-三甲氧基黄酮(1)、洋艾素(2)、蔓荆子黄素(3)、5,4′-二羟基-6,7,-二甲氧基黄酮(4)、喷杜素(5)和金腰带素B(6)。【结论】黄酮是臭灵丹的主要成分类型之一,化合物1、3、4系首次从该植物得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Laggera pterodonta( DC.) Benth.. Methods Various chromatographic methods were applied to isolate and purify the ethnol extract of the aerial parts of Laggera pterodonta. Their structures were identified by chemical and spectral analysis. Results Six flavonoids were obtained and their structures were elucidated as 5,6-dihydroxy-3,7,4'-trimethoxyflavone(1), artemitin(2),casticin(3), 5,4'-dihydroxy-6,7-dimethoxyflavone(4), penduletin(5) and chrysosplenetin B(6). Conclusion Compounds 1, 3 and 4 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
