在完成3块CFRP-PCPs复合筋混凝土板和1块普通混凝土板竖向荷载的静力加载试验的基础上,运用ANSYS对试验进行非线性有限元模拟及仿真分析,对我国现行的《混凝土结构设计规范》中应用于预应力混凝土梁的裂缝宽度计算公式进行了修正,给出了适合CFRP-PCPs复合筋混凝土单向板的裂缝建议计算公式,本文试验试件的实测数据和应用建议公式计算结果对比表明,试验值略小于计算值,较安全.
Based on the vertical and static load test, which uses 3 pieces of CFRP - PCPs composites reinforced concrete slabs and 1 piece of normal concrete slab, and the nonlinear finite element simulated analysis of the test by using the ANSYS, this paper amends the formula used in pre-stressed concrete beam of crack width by the code for design of concrete structures and gives the crack calculation formula which is suitable for CFRP- PCPs composites reinforced concrete slabs.
