海南分布的粗皮姬蛙蝌蚪的形态特征

2010年8月在海南省海口市市郊稻田采集到一批蝌蚪,其中姬蛙科的蝌蚪经鉴定为粗皮姬蛙,粗皮姬蛙是一种广布于东南亚的物种。对处于36期发育时期的粗皮姬蛙蝌蚪进行了观察、测量和描述,并与文献报道的我国重庆南川、台湾、福建德化以及泰国的蝌蚪进行了比较。结果表明海南的粗皮姬蛙蝌蚪的形态特点是体高大于体宽,尾长为体长的1.7倍;口盘位于吻端部,开口指向身体前部。口唇及周围无边缘乳突和副突;生活时背部和尾基部底色淡黄色或淡黄绿色。比较发现,采自海南省海口市市郊的粗皮姬蛙蝌蚪与泰国的粗皮姬蛙蝌蚪在体型和体色等方面比较相似,而与我国重庆南川、福建德化、台湾的粗皮姬蛙蝌蚪有一定差异。这是首次对粗皮姬蛙蝌蚪描述和测量,为姬蛙属蝌蚪的综合修订和物种分化研究等提供了基本信息;并提示有必要进一步从形态量度和口咽腔内部结构方面对粗皮姬蛙不同分布种群进行研究,揭示这一广布种的形态变异规律。

英文摘要:

Some tadpoles were collected from the suburb of Haikou city in Hainan province.The tadpoles of Painted Chorus frog(Microhyla butleri Boulenger,1900) were identified from these specimens and selected for the morphological study in this paper.These species are dispersed species distributed in Southeast Asia.The external morphological characteristics of the selected tadpoles of Microhyla butleri at stage 36 were observed,measured and described.The result showed that the body of the tadpole was larger in height than width,and the tail was 1.7 times of body length.By comparison with the published data about tadpoles of this species in Nanchuang of Chongqin,Dehua of Fujiang province and Taiwan,China and Thailand,the general morphological characters and color patterns of the tadpoles were similar between Haikou city of Hainan province,China and Thailand,and these and some morphologically measured data were difference between Hainan and the other three areas in China as mentioned above.This was the first time for the description and measurement of the tadpoles of Microhyla butleri,and will supply availably basic information for the further comprehensive revisions of larval morphology of Microhyla Tschudi and speciation of Microhyla butleri.It also point out that further investigation on external measurement and morphological characteristics of the inner oral cavity of Microhyla butleri tadpole from different population in large scale are necessary in understanding the variety of this species variety.
