为了提高摩擦阻力系数的准确性与可靠性,通过对大量的测试数据进行整理、分析并进行分类,结合滤波分析法对数据进行预处理,利用统计分析法对巷道摩擦阻力系数值进行模拟测算,得到了不同巷道中摩擦风阻计算的经验公式。提出了简要的矿井通风阻力计算公式。
In this paper, the author intends to introduce his calcula- tion of the coefficients of frictional resistance and friction resistance through statistical analysis, which has been determined upon the hy- dredynamic theory. In proceeding with our research, what becomes our focus is the effect of the relative roughness whereas the effect of heat exchanges is neglected. For our research purpose, we have con- ducted extensive ventilation resistance measurements and collected plenty of relative data from the coal mines aff'diated to Tiefa coal in- dustry group, Yangquan coal industry group and some other mines. As is known, the roadways can be divided in accordance with the bracing types and the roadway shapes, and therefore a lot of testing and measurement data were to be arranged, classified and analyzed in terms of the roadway types. And afterwards the data collected were pretreated together with the filtering analysis, which can then help to increase such capacities as reducing the Gaussian noise and retaining the details concerned. In doing so, it was necessary first of all to re- move the highest and the lowest values, and, secondly, process the data collected by choosing the mean filter. The results of our mea- surement and testing prove that the favorable method is to adopt the least squares while conducting the data-fitting. All the things above done, it would be easy to work out the readway' s coefficient of fric- tional resistance by means of a statistical analysis simulation. Thus, the empirical formula of friction resistance can be found for the differ- ent types of roadways, the results of which can be confirmed and made validated through error analysis and sample analysis, with the rationality and the accuracy of empirical formula being validated. And in turn we have brought about a brief calculation formula to the mine ventilation resistance, which can help to reduce large amounts of tedious work for the ventilation workers at the mining spots.
