最大供电能力(TSC)是衡量配电网建设水平的一个新指标,而网络联络是影响TSC的一个关键因素。针对网络联络对TSC的贡献程度进行了研究,提出了基于TSC的配电网联络有效性定义,并由网络转移能力的灵敏度给出了单个联络有效度和联络组合有效度的计算公式。针对配电网联络日益复杂的现实情况,从满足N-1安全约束下发挥配电网TSC的角度出发,提出了基于联络有效性的配电网联络化简方法。最后,通过实际配电网算例验证了所述方法的有效性,并归纳出配电网联络有效性的一些重要规律。
The total supply capability (TSC) is a new important index to describe distribution networks while the tie-line is the key factor for TSC. A quantitative tieqines contribution degree approach to the TSC is proposed. The effectiveness of tieqines in distribution network based on the TSC is defined. And the calculation formulae of the effectiveness of both single tie-line and tie-lines combination are proposed based on the sensitivity of the network transfer capability (NTC). In view of the increasing complexity of current distribution networks, a new method is proposed to reduce the number of tie-lines based on effectiveness calculation. Finally, a practical case study is given to illustrate and verify the effectiveness of the proposed indices and method. Some laws of the effectiveness of the distribution network tie-lines are summarized.
