One spinner dolphin was caught by bycatch in Shidao, Weihai in November, 2003. This was the first record in the Yellow Sea. It was a male with body length 1. 828 m. Some basic measurements （biologieal and morphological data）of the spinner dolphin were taken in this paper in order to better protect it.
