本文介绍了基于LabVIEW语言的虚拟频谱分析仪的设计及功能实现.该虚拟频谱分析仪取代了传统的用于半导体激光器噪声测量的频谱分析仪,大大节约了测量成本,可以实现包括信号时域波形显示,功率谱分析、频率响应分析、互功率谱分析及存储打印等功能.
This paper presents the design and function implement of a virtual spectrum analyzer. This analyzer is designed for noise measurement of semiconductor lasers using LabVIEW language. It can replace traditional spectrum analyzer and reduce the cost of measurement. This virtual spectrum analyzer has many functions that include data display, spectrum analysis frequency response analysis, cross-power spectrum analysis as well as data storage,data printing etc.
