目的:采用高效液相色谱法,建立9种不同提取工艺的复方“韵通”特征图谱。方法:色谱条件:VenusilXBPC18(L)(4.6mm×251)mm),检测波长:283nm,柱温:25℃,流动相:乙腈(10%~100%):0.2%磷酸溶液(0-90%),梯度洗脱70min。结果:通过分析,确立了不同工艺提取复方“韵通”特征图谱的17个共有峰,主要成分黄芩苷含量不少于0.60%。结论:该方法的精密度,稳定性,重复性良好,可用于复方“韵通”药材及其制剂的质量控制,为临床应用的选择提供参考。
OBJECTIVE To establish the fingerprint chromatogram of compound Yuntong extracted through nine different extraction technology, we use the HPLC. METHODS The sample was separated on a venusil XBP C18 (L) (4. 6 mm × 250mm) column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile (10 % - 100 % ) and phosphoric acid of 0. 2 % (0- 90 % ), and applied the gra dient elution for 70 minutes. The detection wavelength was 283nm, and the column temperature was set up at 25 ℃. RESULTS By analyzing the fingerprint chromatogram, 17 characteristic peaks was selected. CONCLUSION The HPLC method for fingerprint chromatogram showed high precision, excellent reproducibility and stability, so it can be used in the quality control of different extraction technology and clinical practice.
