废玻璃对废弃黏土砖再生混凝土力学性能影响研究

在建筑材料排放量日益增加的背景下,将废玻璃及废弃黏土砖经过破碎、研磨、筛分后以连续级配作为粗骨料、细骨料、掺合料添加至再生混凝土的制备中,养护完成后测试各组试块的力学性能。分析掺合料对试件强度的影响时利用扫面电镜发现玻璃磨成微粉后棱角鲜明比砖粉更易于胶结,但试验中掺合料对试件的强度出现了抑制现象,主要原因是由于粒径为75μm微粉的微晶核效应较差。分析细玻(玻璃做细骨料)不同掺量对试件强度影响时利用水磨机切割观察切割面情况,细玻掺量越高切割面结构越致密且试件抗压强度与掺量比例成正相关,抗拉性能在取代率为30%时达到最大值,综合比较4种不同掺量得出,废玻璃作为细骨料在取代率为50%达到最优效果。分析粗骨料种类对试件强度的影响性能时利用MATLAB的图像处理功能计算出含不同粗骨料的试件断面水泥砂浆的含量,再使用SEM观察水泥砂浆与废玻璃胶结情况,当废玻璃作粗骨料时,水泥砂浆含量约为17%且废玻璃骨料胶结情况优于砖骨料胶结情况,废玻璃作粗骨料且含量为50%时,该组试件的抗压及抗拉性能相比其余试验组的试件为最优。

英文摘要:

In the context of the increasing emission of building materials, after being broken, ground and sieved, waste glass and waste clay, by continuous grading, can be regarded as coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, and admixture to prepare recycled concrete.The mechani- cal property of every specimen will be tested after maintenance.Scan electron microscope( SEM ) is used to analyze mineral admixture. Grinding the glasses into free power makes it angular and easy to cement but in this text mineral admixture draws supression phenomenon on specimen strength mainly because of the waste glass's low,crystallitic and nuclear reaction whose grain size is 75 μm.When analyzing how the proportion of fine glass impact on the strength, the terrazzo machine is used to cut specimen.It can be observed that the more amount of fine glass, the compacter is the construction of cut surfaces.The compressive strength of specimen is proportional to the amount of waste glass and the largest tensile performance can be obtained when replacement rate is 30% .After comparing the four different amounts of admixture,the best effect can be achieved when the replacement rate of waste glass reaches 50% which is regarded as fine ag- gregate.When analyzing the effect of the waste glass as the coarse aggregate we can use the picture processing function of MATLAB to cal- culate the content of cement grout on the cut surfaces and use SEM to observe cementation between cement grout and waste glass.In con- clusion, it is discovered that when the waste glass is used as the coarse aggregate, the content of cement grout is about 17% and the waste glass cementation is better than brick aggregate cementation.
