研究不同土壤中,氯氰菊酯降解变化和对土壤酶活性的影响。结果表明,氯氰菊酯在土壤中的降解遵循一级动力学方程,降解半衰期为15.1~31.4d。土壤中加入氯氰菊酯后,土壤脲酶活性有所激活,对土壤蔗糖酶活性表现为低浓度抑制,高浓度激活。氯氰菊酯对不同土壤酶活性的影响与土壤性质有关,但处理培养时间达15d后,不同土壤中各项酶活性指标基本恢复至对照水平。
The degradation of cypermethrin in different soils and the effect of cypermethrin on different soil enzymatic activity are conducted. The results show that the degradation process of cypermethrin in soils follows the first - order kinetic equation, and its half time is 15.1 days to 31.4 days. Urease activities increase after adding cypermethrin into soils. However, the effects of cypermethrin on sucrase activity are increased only with high concentration of the cypermethrin. There is close relation between soil enzymatic activity and soil properties. The soil enzymes in different soils will recovery to the original level after 15 days' culture.
