本研究建立了脑部分层模型,提出了传统感应电场计算方法与时域有限差分法相结合计算磁刺激中脑部各点瞬态感应电场值的方法,对圆形线圈和8字形线圈在头内产生的感应电场进行了理论推导,有助于进一步探索脑部磁刺激最佳刺激方式和作用机理。
A model of spherical head has been constructed, which consists of skull and interior tissue. Bring forward the method that combine traditional calculation method with FDTD to calculate the induced electric fields in brain during magnetic stimulation. Different coil shapes such as circular and 8-shaped were considered and induced electric fields were given. The results provide some preliminary theoretical basis for further research on the optimum methods and mechanism of the brain magnetic stimulation.
