以乙酸盐为原料,三嵌段共聚物P123为模板,采用溶剂诱导自组装法(EISA)合成介孔介晶Ce1-xSmxO2固溶体。利用X射线衍射、N2吸-脱附、X射线光电子能谱和氢气-程序升温还原等测试手段对样品的形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明:样品属于立方萤石结构,平均颗粒尺寸为7.65nm,孔径分布在2.0~3.8am之间,平均比表面积为96m2/g。介孔介晶Ce1-xSmxO2材料对亚甲基蓝模拟染料废水具有良好的脱色能力,在反应120min时脱色率基本超过70%。
Novel mesoporous mesocrystals Ce1-xSmxO2 solid solution were synthesized via a facile approach of evaporation-induced self-assembly (EISA) in the presence of acetate salt as inorganic species and triblock copolymers P123 as surfactant. The X-ray diffraction, N2 adsorption-desorption, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and H2 tem- perature-progranmaed reduction were employed to characterize the morphology and structure of the mesoporous meso- crystal Ce1-xSmxO2 solid solution. The results reveal that the face-centered cubic-phase Ce1-xSmxO2 with the average grain size of 7.65 nrn, pores size in diameter at about 2. 0 nm to 3. 8 nm, as well as the surface area of 96 m2/g are prepared. The decolorizing rate can reach 70% for simulative wastewater after 120 mill.
