综述了等径变曲通道变形(Equal channel angular pressing,ECAP)技术制备超细晶(Ultrafinegrain,UFG)钛及钛合金的研究进展。总结了模具参数、变形工艺参数对钛及钛合金ECAP变形及组织的影响,以期通过制定合理的变形工艺制备出组织均匀、性能优良的超细晶钛及钛合金,同时汇总了钛及钛合金ECAP变形组织变形机理、演变机理、ECAP变形组织稳定性及超细晶材料性能(超塑性、疲劳强度、耐腐蚀性等)的研究进展,最后指出ECAP制备超细晶钛及钛合金的研究方向。
The development of titanium and its alloys processed by ECAP is described. The effects of different die geometry and processing parameters on the ECAP mierostructure and properties are mainly introduced to gain tita- nium and titanium alloy with excellent properties and special homogeneous material structure with ultra-fine grains. This special structured material has high tensile and fatigue strength and even the enhanced ductility. The status of mierostructure development during ECAP, thermal stability of UFG material and other properties such as superplastic, fatigue strength and corrosion resistant, etc are summarized.
