本文运用傅立叶变换红外光谱技术对源自云南省呈贡县斗南镇的六种不同颜色的玫瑰花进行了红外光谱分析,得到了这六种玫瑰花的红外光谱特征峰.通过对这些特征峰进行归属分析后发现,不同颜色的玫瑰花的红外光谱非常相似,它们都含有多酚、多糖、黄酮类、蛋白质、生物碱和鞣质等成分.而从六种颜色的玫瑰花红外光谱吸收峰的吸光度比值可知,紫玫瑰花、淡黄玫瑰花和淡绿玫瑰花所含化学成分相对另外三种玫瑰花来说要大一些,紫玫瑰花中蛋白质、生物碱和鞣质类化合物含量相对较多,淡黄玫瑰花中多糖和黄酮类含量相对较多,这些结论可以为玫瑰花的开发利用提供一定的科学依据.
In this paper Fourier transform infrared spectrometry ( FT - IR) is used to study the roses ot six different colors (white, yellow, red, light green, primrose yellow and purple), whose FT -IR spectra were obtained. Through the study of the spectra, the result shows that the spectra of the six kinds of roses were similar. According to the intensity and location of the absorption peaks in the FT - IR spectra, it con- eluded that these roses might contain chemical compositions such as polypheno,polysaceharide, flavonoid, protein, alkaloids and tannin. By comparing the relative peak intensities of IR absorption peak in the roses, the study shows that white, yellow, red, light green, primrose yellow and purple roses are different in the chemical compositions. The purple, light green and primrose yellow roses have bigger amount of chemicals than that of other kinds of roses. Among the six - color roses, the protein, alkaloids and tannin of purple rose is the most, and the polysaccharide and flavonoid of primrose yellow rose is the most. The results will provide scientific evidence for the development and the utilization of roses.
