通过对基坑现场监测的大量数据展开分析,获取了吊脚桩、嵌岩桩两类深基坑施工时周边地层沉降和侧移的空间分布规律。基于基坑的变形特性,将基坑周围建(构)筑物与基坑的接近程度分为“非常接近”、“接近”、“较接近”、“不接近”4个程度;根据基坑施工对周边环境及建(构)筑物的影响程度,将基坑周边区域划分为“明显影响区”、“较大影响区”、“普通影响区”。在“接近程度划分”和“影响分区”的基础上,从基坑“自身风险”和“环境风险”两个角度分析基坑施工安全风险评价影响因素,分别建立了基坑自身安全风险分级体系、基坑环境安全风险分级体系,实现了基坑施工对周边环境影响的定量评判,弥补了国家规范对基坑风险定义过于简单和定性模糊的不足。
A large number of field monitoring data are analyzed in this paper, and the spatial distribution regularity of settlement and lateral of surrounding strata are acquired. The deep foundation pit including pulling at inside piles, rock-socketed pile two types of deep foundation pit. Based on the characteristics of deformation of the foundation pit, the approach degree between around the building and the foundation pit is divided into "very close", "close", "closer" and "not close" four levels. In the division of "proximity" and "partition", on the basis of the foundation pit "risk" and "environmental risk" , the foundation pit construction safety risk evaluation factors are analyzed. After that, environment of security risk rating system and foundation pit excavation safety risk classification system are respectively set up, the quantitative evaluation of the impact of environment construction of foundation pit is realized, and the deficiency of national specification of foundation pit risk definition being too simple and lack of qualitative fuzzy is remedied.
