温差电系统以其适用分散性发电系统的优势,备受国内外研究者的关注.然而低温面散热效果的优劣直接影响温差电系统的性能,针对半导体温差电系统在△t=100℃以下温差环境中能量回收利用的散热系统设计与性能测试,通过实验对比测试的方法,对发电系统冷端散热方式进行比较实验研究;总结出改善半导体温差电系统性能的一些措施,得出一些有意义的新结论.
For the advantage of being suitable for distributed power generation system,thermoelectric system catches much attention of many scholars.However,the merits of the heat dissipation effect of low temperature surface directly impact the performance of thermoelectric system.Focus on the design and performance test of heat dissipation system with energy recycle of semiconductor thermoelectric system below At=100 ℃,comparison experiment on different cold-side cooling modes of power generation system was conducted,the methods improving thermoelectric system performance were summarized and some meaningful conclusions were derived.
