应用数量遗传学中的阈性状分析法,计算米象对甲酸乙酯的抗性现实遗传力,并对米象的抗药性风险进行了评估。结果表明,在平均死亡率为57.4%的选择压力下,米象对甲酸乙酯的抗性现实遗传力(h^2)为0.0646,在此选择压力下要使米象对甲酸乙酯产生10倍的抗药性,共需要选育179代。
The resistant risk of S. oryzae to ethyl formate(EtF) was assessed using the realized heritability (h^2) of quantitative genetics. The realized heritability of resistance of S. oryzae to EtF was 0. 0646 at the selec- tion pressure while the 57.4% mortality. At the condition of this pressure, the selection of 179 genera- tions should be conducted if the resistance of S. oryzae to EtF amounted to 10 fold.
