采用Thermo—Calc热力学计算软件、Gleeble-3500热模拟试验机、x射线衍射仪等研究了两相区(780—820Qc)等温处理对含镍TRIP钢组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Thermo—Calc软件的计算结果和试验结果符合较好。该成分的试验钢具有较好的力学稳定性,经过不同的热处理工艺,均能达到比较理想的强韧性配合,抗拉强度达到1000MPa,延伸率达到20%以上,其中强塑积最大值达到24036MPa%。
Effects of intercritical annealing on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TRIP steels containing Ni were studied by means of Thermo-Calc software, Gleeble-3500 thermal simulator, X-ray diffraction and so on. The results showed that the calculated data by Thermo-Calc software was well in accord with the experimental results. The TRIP steels with such composition possessed a great stability of mechanical properties. With different heat treatments, all the TRIP steels obtained ideal properties, which the tensile strength was 1 000 MPa and the elongation was more than 20%, and the best strength and ductility product was 24 036 MPa%.
