针对盾构控制性能测试实验中对载荷真实性的要求,在对负载模拟技术全面统计分析的基础上,结合盾构控制系统工况特点,设计一种基于电液控制技术的盾构控制变负载模拟系统。基于来自盾构工程现场的载荷信息,借助AMESim软件平台对系统的负载模拟效果进行仿真分析,结果验证了这一方案的正确、有效性。为搭建实际实验平台奠定了基础。
Aimed to make the load simulation of shield performance test more realistic, a variable load simulation system for the shield test platform is schemed out with a comprehensive analysis of the load simulation technology and the working characteristics of shield control system. Based on the locale load information of shield project, the load simulation performance of the platform is obtained by AMESim. The analysis result verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the scheme, which can lay a foundation for setting up an actual platform.
