在当前复杂多变的国内外市场环境下,中国集群内大量天生国际化企业成长面临新的挑战和转型机遇,文章在基于Timmons理论模型基础上创新性地构建了影响天生国际化企业竞争力的关键成功要素(KSF)模型,通过对东莞勤上光电公司的深度调研和案例分析,从创业团队、机会、资源和盈利模式等四个维度讨论了诸要素对于新创企业成功转型中的重要作用,最后提出了金融危机后时期新创企业持续提升竞争力的四点启示。
Under the complicated and changeable international market, many born global cluster enterprises in China confront new challenges as well as opportunities for transition. Based on Timmons' s theoretical model, the present article has creatively formulated the key successful factors (KSF) for born global enterprises. It further discusses the significance of the factors to the transition of newly invested companies from the perspectives of corporate teams, opportunities, resources and models of profitability with a thorough case analysis of Dongguan Qinshang Fiber Cable Co., Ltd. Finally, four constructive proposals have been raised for corporate competency maintenance under financial crisis.
