英文摘要：

In recent years, the relationship between regional ecological environment and economic growth had become the focus of academic research with the deterioration of the living environment. This paper constructed the index system of ecological environment and economic growth based on the theory of decoupling, extensively analyzed the decoupling relationship and degree between economic construction and ecological environment in Wuwei. Research results showed that the relationship between ecological environment and economic growth mainly went through 3 states：expansion coupling, weak and strong decoupling, and the state number was 2, 10, 1, respectively, accounting for 15%,78%, 7% of the statistic state number in Wuwei during 2000- 2012. Based on the general curve of decoupling elasticity, the study periods were divided into 3 stages： 2000- 2005, 2006- 2009, 2010- 2012. The specific analysis of the change trend and reason during each period would have strong guiding significances.
