该文主要分析了液压系统中的颗粒污染物的产生机理,简述了颗粒对液压系统内部的作用机理和颗粒污染物是如何造成液压系统故障的。建立了液压油液中固体颗粒物形状和尺寸分布等与液压系统故障产生的关系。通过装载机液压油中固体颗粒物的物理特性分析来评价系统磨损程度。并提出了依此推断故障原因的方法。
This article has mainly analyzed in particulate pollutant generation mechanism of the hydraulic system, described the internal mechanism on the hydraulic system that caused by the particulates and the way how particulate pollutant causing the hydraulic system failure. Analyzed the relationship between the shape and size distribution of the solid particles in the hydraulic fluid and hydraulic system failure, beyond the shape, size and size distribution of the particules and the hydraulic system failure. Evaluate the system degree of wear through the solid particles in physical characteristics analysis of hydraulic oil and puts forward method on inferring fault reason.
