研究了用TBP（磷酸三丁酯）萃淋树脂固相萃取柱分离和富集,火焰原子吸收分光光度测定金的方法。该方法相对标准偏差在1.8%-2.5%之间,金标准样品加入回收率在92%-101%之间。其用于矿石和环境水样中金的测定,结果令人满意。

英文摘要：

Themethod of solid phase extraction and flame atomic absorption spectrometry for gold determination was studied. This method was applied to determine gold in ore samples. The relative standard deviations are 1.8% - 2.5% ,and the recovery rate is 92%- 101%. The results are satisfactory.
