采用KOH和水蒸气协同活化方法制备出高性能聚丙烯腈基活性碳纤维(PAN-ACFs),借助碘吸附、比表面积(BET)、X射线衍射(XRD)和SEM等表征手段研究了水蒸气体积分数Ф水蒸气对PAN-ACFs样品结构、吸附性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,Ф水蒸气对ACFs样品的比表面积和单丝拉伸强度均有一定的影响;ACFs样品的比表面积为1759m2/g时,单丝拉伸强度达到0.67GPa。与传统吸附材料相比,其综合性能有了明显提高。
High performancepolyacrylonitrile-basedactivated carbon fibers (PAN-ACFs) have been prepared by KOH-steamco-activation. The effects of steamvolume fraction on the structure, adsorption properties and me- chanical properties of PAN-ACFs were Studied by measuring their iodine adsorption, specific surface area (BET), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and SEM. The results showed thatthe steam volume fraction has certain influence onthe specific surface area of ACFs and the tensile strength of the monofilament. When the specific surface area of ACFs was 1 759 m2/g, the mono-filament tensile strength of 0.67 GPa. And compared with the traditional ad- sorption materials, its comprehensive performancehas been significantly improved.
