Two novel 3-benzoxazole-6-formyl carbazole derivatives were synthesized from carbazole by alkylation, formylation, oxidation of carbazole schiff bases and formylation. The cqmpounds＇ structures were characterized by 1H NMR and MS and their fluorescent spectra were preliminarily studied.
