目的 探讨活体女性腹盆腔大血管管径、长度及角度的测量方法,为进行活体女性腹盆腔大血管的个体化解剖学测量及介入引导和剂量确定提供依据.方法 取一宫颈癌女性的腹盆部CT血管成像数据集,利用Mimics软件重建出动脉三维模型,用Geomagic 软件拟合出血管的中心线再导入UG软件,通过角度及长度测量工具自动测出各中心线间的角度,血管的长度、管径、截面积及容积.结果 用此法成功测出腹主动脉管径、腹主分叉角度、左右髂总动脉长度、左右髂内外动脉分叉角度和血管容积等参数,再现生理状态下的髂总动脉、髂内外动脉、双侧子宫动脉及其上行支等的空间解剖形态.结论 基于重建的动脉血管网的三维模型,可进行血管的几何尺寸和结构测量,为临床医师掌握血管的精细解剖提供参考.
Objective To introduce a method in measurement of the diameter, length and angle of abdominal and pelvic great vessels in living females, thus to provide basic evidences for individual anatomy measurement, interventional guidance and dosage determination for living females. Methods Original abdomen CT angiography dataset of one female patient with cervical cancer was collected. The digital three - dimensional arterial blood network model was reconstructed through the mimics software. The center lines of the great vessels were obtained by using Geomagic software and imported into the UG software, via which the angular calculation was automatically performed. Results The parameters, including the diameter of aorta, the angle of the aortic bifurcation, the lengths of the left and the right arteria iliaca communis, the left and the right angles of internal and external iliac arteries, and the vessel's volume were successfully measured. Conclusion On the basis of the digital three - dimensional model for arterial network, the geometric dimensioning and structure of pelvic's vessels can be successfully measured, which provide references for clinical assessment.
