系统分析了钾盐消焰剂(KNO3、K3AlF6和有机钾盐KD)对具有不同固体填料、含能添加剂、氧系数、催化剂及Al粉含量的CMDB推进剂羽流电子密度的影响规律。结果表明:钾盐消焰剂对羽流电子密度影响最大,其数值比基础配方高4个数量级以上,含DNTF(3,4-二(硝基呋咱基)氧化呋咱)、CL-20(六硝基六氮杂异伍兹烷)、Al粉的羽流电子密度比基础配方高1-2个数量级;KNO3使配方体系羽流电子密度增大,而KD和K3AlF6使羽流电子密度减小。
The influence rule of potassium salt flame suppressors (KNO3, K3AlF6 and organic potassium salt KD) on the plume electron density of modified double base propellants with different solid fillers, energetic additives, oxygen coefficients, catalysts and Al powder content was systematically analyzed. The results show that the potas- sium salt flame suppressors possess the maximum influence on the plume electron density, and its value is higher than the basic formulation by 4 orders of magnitude. The plume electron density of the formulation containing DNTF (3,4-di(nitrofurazano)furoxan), CL-20 (hexanitrohexaazaisowurtzitane) and Al powder is higher than the basic formu- lation by 1-2 orders of magnitude. The KNO3 can increase the plume electron density of the formulation, but the KD and K3AlF6 can reduce the plume electron density of the formulation.
