论述了水力冲孔卸压增透措施的研究进展,指出了水力冲孔措施所存在的一些问题,并对水力冲孔的研究方向进行展望。结果表明:高压水射流的应用发展为水力冲孔的研究提供坚实基础,现场考察手段能较好检测消突效果及卸压增透范围,数值模拟的运用极大地促进了水力冲孔措施的研究;现阶段对不同类型煤的最佳破煤压力及合理冲出煤量缺少研究,现场考察水力冲孔有效影响半径存在一定误差,且需要大量投资和人力,数值模拟普遍未考虑煤的塑性、煤层渗透率和孔隙率的动态变化;今后应加强水射流破煤机理方面的研究,在考虑煤存在流变特性、扩容膨胀效应和瓦斯吸附解吸特性的基础上,寻求水力冲孔数值模拟计算方法,不断优化模型以及考察精度。
The research progress of hydraulic flushing,a pressure relief and permeability increasing methods are discussed,and then an outlook to the research is expanded. The results show that the development of high pressure water jet can provide a solid foundation for the research of hydraulic flushing,and spot investigation is effective in testing outburst prevention effect and the range of pressure relief and permeability increasing. The utilization of numerical simulation can promote the research on hydraulic flushing. At present,more work is necessary for research on the best coal breaking pressure and the appropriate amount of punching coal. And spot investigation on effective influence radius and permeability improvement is not accurate. Thus it requires more investment and labour. And the dynamic change of plasticity,coal seam permeability and the porosity are widely ignored in numerical simulation. In the future,the study of breaking coal mechanism by water jet should be strengthened. With the consideration of the rheological and capacity expansion of coal mass,as well as the adsorption and desorption of gas,a better way for hydraulic flushing numerical simulation calculation is needed to seek for. And the model and the accuracy of spot investigations should be constantly optimized.
